19th EINIRAS Conference 2009 - open to non members

The 19th Annual EINIRAS will be hosted by the Elcano Royal Institute and the Defence Information Centre (Spanish Ministry of Defence).

It will explore 'How technology and user influence the culture of information in international relations'.

The organisers managed to invite interesting speakers who will examine issues related to political themes as well as information tools.

 

To include some examples you will learn more about the Cybermetrics for European International Relations network presence on Internet, Spanish political landscape, How Obama has used the Web 2.0 in his administration, inspiration for new forms of information delivery in electronic space, what means 2.0 in Politics, Government & Geopolitics and many other. The conference is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the evolving practice of information management. A Knowledge Café is organized to facilitate the exchange of ideas with EINIRAS members.
