Author Keith Sawyer will present and discuss his bestselling book "Group Genius – The Creative Power of Collaboration".

To understand the hidden collaborations that drive exceptional creativity the author spent fifteen years studying jazz groups and theatre ensembles, small businesses and large corporations. In his book he shows us how to be more creative in collaborative group settings, how to change our organizations for the better, and how to tap into our own reserves of creativity. All of us have the potential to be more creative. We just need to learn the secrets of group genius!

The event is organised by the Central Library of the European Commission in the framework of the 2009 European Year of Creativity and Innovation.
